Shipping policy

SHIPPING

  • All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First-Class Mail or Priority. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

  • We strive to ship out all orders within 1 to 3 business days unless stated otherwise in the product description. 

  • Pre-order items will have a specific shipment date in the product description. If you place an order with a pre-order item along with other items, your order will not ship until the pre-order shipment date. 

LOCAL PICKUP 

  • If you are local to the Greenville/Simpsonville, SC area, you can select local pickup at checkout.
  • You will receive an additional email when your order is ready to be picked up along with instructions on how to do so. We strive to have your order ready within 24 hours, however, being a small business, that is not always possible so please wait until your have received an email stating your order is now ready!
  • We ask that all pickup orders are picked up within 3 business days. If this is not possible, please let us know in the notes box at checkout or via email at elliottclaire.sc@gmail.com
  • We offer the local pickup service because we don't like paying shipping fees either! However, if you do not pickup your order within 2 weeks from order date, we are no longer responsible for your order. No refunds will be given if something happens to your order after the 2 week period.
